Shipping Info
Morsel Munk Shipping Policies and Rates
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, or on the next business day for orders received on the weekend. You may cancel or change your order (items, quantities, payment and shipping info, etc.) any time before the item is packaged for shipping. Once packaged, you will receive an e-mail indicating the carrier and tracking #. Once you receive a tracking #, we regret that the order cannot be canceled. If you decide you want to return an item, you can do so once received, using our return process.
We occasionally encounter unexpected backorder situations. In these cases, you will receive an e-mail notification with the estimated ship date. You will have the option to accept or cancel the backorder. You will not be charged until your item is packaged for shipment.
Split Packages
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.
If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee, please make sure to select "Single Package". Otherwise we will split your order into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.
US (Domestic) Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Day Service): Free for orders $45.00 and higher; for other orders:
- $3.99 shipping for orders up to $19.98
- $4.99 shipping for orders $19.99 to $44.99
- Express Delivery (3 Business Day Service): $11.95
- Express Delivery (2 Business Day Service): $29.95
If you select Express Delivery during checkout, you will see the guaranteed arrival date for the two options.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Due to agreements with our vendors, some products are available only for US shipping, and will be noted as such on the product pages.
Canadian Shipping Rates (all rates are in US Dollars):
- Canadian Standard (4-10 Business Day Service): Free for orders $150 and higher; $18.00 all other orders
- Canadian Express (2-5 Business Day Service): $35.95
Tax and Duty Fees:
Canada may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters Canada. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date the order is shipped for a refund of the purchase price, including any applicable sales taxes. You pay the return shipping fee. Regrettably, original shipping fees are non refundable.
Purchases of electronic downloads, sale, close-out, and/or one-of-a-kind items are final (non-returnable). No worries. These items will be clearly marked. No guesswork on your part!
We accept returns of products in their original condition and in their original packaging. Apparel returns are acceptable before items are worn (other than for sizing) or washed. DVD returns will be accepted if still sealed in original package, or if the DVD is defective. Book returns are acceptable if books are in brand new condition, containing no markings and/or page foldings.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To initiate an RMA, log into your account by clicking the “My Account” button in the top right corner of this page, and select the RMA button.
Exchanges for a different size or color may be made. When creating an RMA, if you don’t see an Exchange option, then there are no color or size options for the item and the product must be returned. In this case, if you would like a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
